Paylean is an Elanco technology at work for modern pork producers. Paylean directs nutrients toward quality lean gain and away from fat deposition, resulting in an increase of high-value, lean cuts of meat in pork carcasses. With years of university and private research Paylean has been proven to:
- Increase rate of weight gain
- Improve feed efficiency
- Increase carcass leanness
Improvements in daily gain and feed efficiency have averaged approximately 10%1. These improvements are realized with no withdrawal period prior to marketing. Paylean can improve profits by at least $2/pig.2 To initiate your Paylean program, feed 4.5 g/ton starting 28 days3 prior to barn closeout. Using Paylean 28 days3 prior to barn closeout allows you to enhance production efficiency, while taking into consideration marketing strategy and feed delivery.

Directions for Use: Feed at 4.5 to 9.0 g/ton to finishing swine in a complete ration containing at least 16% crude protein for the last 45 to 90 lbs of gain (group average).
Clinical registration studies showed no statistical difference between the effects of 4.5 g/ton and 9 g/ton
